Rick Rainbolt, President of
Hemp University, LLC, said, "Our goal at Hemp University, Inc. is to help
individuals who are completely committed to achieving the very highest standards
in this emerging and profitable industry become successful. With just 3 days
left until the event, our team has worked endlessly to bring our attendees the
best possible speakers, trainers and coaches. I feel this last event of the year
(The Hemp Money Event: Economics, Lessons & Planning for 2018) has the strongest
line-up of speakers and will be our biggest and best event of 2017 yet. Our
line-up faculty of Mastery POD growers and farmers will be sharing not only
their growing strategies, but also their vital mistakes, which are crucial for

noted under the coursework description, "The economics effects all phases of
your business and is one of the main drivers of why we are involved. In
addition, learning from our 2017 growers can save you thousands or maybe even
save your business. Finally, with this new information, you can more accurately
plan for the 2018 growing season."

farmers, entrepreneurs and investors wanting to attend. Our company can also
help attendees purchase hemp seeds, hemp clones, hemp mother plants,
fertilizers, advance soil amendments such as
Soil Balance, greenhouses, grow
lights, bailers and, very soon, CBD extractors with a ‘no money up front revenue
share model’,” says Perlowin.
"We hold these events to help landowners, farmers and entrepreneurs add a new
viable and profitable income stream by maximizing their per-acre crop revenue
and to create American jobs," said Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. "The
industry's latest estimates predict the entire U.S. hemp industry could grow to
$1.8 billion in sales by 2020, largely driven by hemp foods, body care and CBD-based
products. North Carolina is starting to become a formidable player in the field,
with some of the biggest influencers in the industry interested in this
business. Those who win big in the industrial hemp industry are the ones who
commit to nothing less than excellence and work together as a team and our
industrial hemp educational symposiums are amazing vehicles to help foster
this."

Hemp, Inc. would like to express sincere gratitude and thanks, and salute, to
all veterans for Veteran's Day, earlier this month.
Our "Veteran Village Kins Communities" is where we will not only grow some of
our Hemp, it is a full blown holistic solution to the multifaceted veteran
problems in the USA. Our prototype model is in Arizona about 20 miles north of
Kingman and 90 miles from Las Vegas, NV. It's our way of saying, "Thank You" to
our Veterans.
Hemp, Inc. Announces Strategic Hemp Growing Partner "Veteran Village Kins
Community Arizona, Inc." Completes Final Site Plan Blueprints
Hemp, Inc. announced recently that its strategic growing partner, "Veteran
Village Kins Community Arizona, Inc.," has completed its final site plan
blueprints for its 500-acre site in Golden Valley, Arizona (20 miles north of
Kingman, AZ and 90 minutes from Las Vegas, NV). The site plan has been submitted
to the Mohave County Building Department for final review. The Company is also
in the final stages of completing the necessary infrastructure to support an
off-grid, renewable, energy system. The remainder of the solar equipment is
expected to arrive in the next few days, completing the site's solar power
operation.
Dwight Jory, Project Manager for the "Veteran Village Kins Community Arizona,
Inc.," said, "We are very happy with the progress. Our Kins Community is really
beginning to come together." In anticipation of planting to begin after the
first of the year, 300 acres have been fenced, 16 overnight trailer park sites
are under construction, and six 40x40-ft organic vegetable gardens are ready for
seasonal planting, according to Jory. As for the 6 geodesic domes mentioned in
an earlier press release, 1 is structurally complete with only the electrical
and plumbing to be completed. The rest are on site awaiting final site plan
approval. "We are now accepting volunteers who have expressed an interest in
helping to build the first Kins Community for our veterans," said Jory. Those
interested in making the first hemp growing CBD-producing "Veteran Village Kins
Community" become a reality should contact Ms. Sandra Williams via email (swilliams@hempinc.com).
One thousand trees, on 36 of the 500-acres, have also been planted, with an
additional 1,000 trees on order. The "Veteran Village Kins Community" site plan
also includes a 100,000 square foot GMP compliant, central processing plant, CBD
testing laboratory, and various health and wellness centers to support veterans
who may have psychological, emotional or health issues.
Hemp, Inc. and "Veteran Village Kins Community Arizona, Inc." began development
on the "Veteran-Village Kins Community in Arizona" approximately 5 years ago.
Kins Communities are designed to grow hemp and produce cannabidiol (CBD)
products to benefit veterans and to generate revenue for Hemp, Inc., the Veteran
Village, and the individuals living on the land. Each 2.5-acre lot is designed
to be self-sustainable, with 1 acre allocated to grow hemp and other areas for
an organic garden, natural bee-hives, a living fence, a pond, a family tree and
other elements that make up a "Kins Domain."

build America's first "Veteran Village Kins Community" can contact Ms. Sandra
Williams via email (swilliams@hempinc.com).
"As Hemp, Inc. strives to be on the forefront of America's industrial hemp
revolution, we see our partnership with 'Veteran Village Kins Community Arizona,
Inc.' being paramount in supporting the small family farm movement that we are
confident will reshape the American landscape," said Hemp, Inc. CEO Bruce
Perlowin. "As we work toward getting our eco-village up and running in Arizona,
we are also aggressively scouting strategic locations in other states including
North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and West
Virginia. Giving veterans and other Americans a place to learn new skills and
take part in this multi-billion-dollar hemp CBD market is very exciting. It's a
big part of our mission to give back."
According to Perlowin, seven "master hemp growers" from Oregon, Colorado,
California, Kentucky, North Carolina, Nevada and, of course, Arizona have
expressed an interest in pursuing a joint venture with Hemp, Inc. to each grow
industrial hemp on the 300 fenced acres in Arizona. Perlowin says he'll call
this "The Great United American Hemp Project."

ABOUT THE "HEMP GROWING, CBD PRODUCING VETERAN VILLAGE KINS COMMUNITIES"
Aligned with Hemp, Inc.'s Triple Bottom Line approach, CEO Bruce Perlowin is
exploring the possibilities of developing "Hemp Growing, CBD Producing Veteran
Village Kins Communities" in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky,
Tennessee, West Virginia and several other states similar to the 500-acre
demonstration community being built in Arizona. He currently has 4,500 acres of
land north of Kingman, Arizona where he's building a Veteran Village on 500 of
those acres that would consist of 160 lots of 2 1/2 acre parcels for Kins
Domains (eco-villages). Each parcel would grow 1 acre of hemp as well as having
organic gardens, natural beehives, a pond, a living fence and other elements
that make up a Kins Domain.
An additional 100 acres of hemp will be grown in each one of these 500-acre
communities which will also include a 100,000 square-foot hemp (CBD) processing
facility and a 10 acre holistic and learning center designed to treat and
retrain veterans. The revenue from fifty of those acres is used to support that
community. The revenue from the other fifty acres of hemp will be used to
purchase 2 additional 500-acre parcels of land, thus keeping up with the needs
of a large number of veterans that exist now and in the future. The eco-friendly
"Veteran Village Kins Communities" were inspired by the book series, The Ringing
Cedars of Russia (https://www.ringingcedars.com).
Perlowin has since found a way to incorporate it into Hemp, Inc.'s strategy of
building hemp growing, CBD-producing "communities" or "villages." The first part
of these "Veteran Village Kins Communities" is a "holistic healing and learning
center" whose function in each community is to treat, train and re-train our
veterans. The prototype "Veteran Village Kins Community in Arizona" is expected
to be completed by late 2017.
Perlowin has been personally creating the Arizona "Veteran Village Kins
Community" since 2013 as a solution to America's multifaceted veteran problem.
To date, forty-four percent of America's homeless are veterans. Twelve percent
of that group are combat women veterans with children. Twenty-two veterans
commit suicide EVERY DAY. Two million veterans are on food stamps. As for the
future, 238,000 veterans are leaving the armed services every year, according to
Dannion Brinkley, Chairman of the Twilight Brigade.
From rehabilitation to job creation, Perlowin says this model presents a
comprehensive, holistic solution to those individuals that all Americans owe a
great debt of gratitude... our American veterans. Perlowin expects this model to
produce very lucrative revenue for Hemp, Inc., the veterans themselves and the
local communities these Kins Communities are built near. "The infrastructure for
'The Hemp Growing, CBD-Producing, Veteran-Village Kins Community, which takes
time to build, is already in place in Arizona. I've been building this
infrastructure since 2013 and it can be duplicated for any state," says Perlowin.

Hemp, Inc. would like to express sincere gratitude and thanks, and salute, to
all our veterans for this past Veteran’s Day.
Our “Veteran Village Kins Communities” is where we will not only grow some of
our Hemp, it is a full blown holistic solution to the multifaceted veteran
problems in the USA. Our prototype model is in Arizona about 20 miles north of
Kingman and 90 miles from Las Vegas, NV. It’s our way of saying, “Thank You” to
our Veterans.
To learn more of what a Kins Domain is,

Village Kins Community" can contact Ms. Sandra Williams via email (swilliams@hempinc.com).

He currently has 4,500 acres of
land north of Kingman, Arizona where he's building a Veteran Village on 500 of
those acres that would consist of 160 lots of 2 1/2 acre parcels for
Kins Domains (eco-villages).
Each parcel would grow 1 acre of hemp as well as having organic gardens, natural
beehives, a pond, a living fence and other elements that make up a
Kins Domain.
As for the
future, 238,000 veterans are leaving the armed services every year, according to
Dannion Brinkley, Chairman of the
Twilight Brigade.
From rehabilitation to job creation, Perlowin says this model presents a
comprehensive, holistic solution to those individuals that all Americans owe a
great debt of gratitude... our American veterans. Perlowin expects this model to
produce very lucrative revenue for Hemp, Inc., the veterans themselves and the
local communities these Kins Communities
are built near. "The infrastructure for 'The Hemp Growing, CBD-Producing,
Veteran-Village Kins Community, which takes time to build, is already in place
in Arizona. I've been building this infrastructure since 2013 and it can be
duplicated for any state," says Perlowin.

Hemp, Inc. Announces Delivery of Advanced
CBD Hemp Oil Extraction Post Processing Equipment
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) -
November 2, 2017 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) a global leader in the
industrial hemp industry with the largest multi-purpose industrial hemp
processing facility in the western hemisphere, announced
today it has received all brand new, state-of-the-art components of the
cannabidiol (CBD) post processing equipment to complete the Company’s hemp oil
extraction infrastructure (Division 2). The latest equipment additions to the
Company’s extraction operation will be assembled in the coming days.
“We chose the most cutting edge, state-of-the-art processing equipment on the
market, from Across
International, to ensure our CBD extracts lead the industry in quality and
consistency, allowing us to bring innovative bulk CBD products to market. We
have also partnered with Across International to display this state-of-the-art
equipment at our Hemp
University educational symposiums in the upcoming year.
This equipment allows us to ‘winterize’ the raw CBD crude oil.
After the CBD crude oil is winterized, we are able to perform the remaining post
processing so that we can make an array of products, including but not limited
to tinctures and cartridges to put it in vape pens… our options are limitless
with this equipment,” said David Schmitt, COO of Hemp, Inc.'s wholly owned
subsidiary, Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC.
In August, Hemp, Inc.
announced the official launch of its NuAxon Tech CO2 Supercritical
Extractor.
“The completion of our hemp oil extraction infrastructure will allow us to ramp
up production of CBD products, creating increased Company value for the public
and shareholders.” said Hemp, Inc. CEO Bruce Perlowin. “The market price of CBD
crystalline isolate was roughly $20,000 per kilogram at the early part of 2017.
While prices have gone down this year, in some cases, to as low as $6,500 per
kilo on the low end volume price, CBD full spectrum extract making customized formulas have in some cases
gone up and other cases gone down. Whether the price decreases or increases, I
think it’s important to note and remind our shareholders that while we expect
significant returns from our hemp oil extraction, it’s a secondary component of
our overall business plan that we added to ‘enhance’ our revenues. Hemp, Inc.’s
primary business is focused on producing non-toxic loss circulation material
(LCM) and spill absorbents for the oil and gas industries.”
In oil or gas well drilling, “loss circulation” occurs when drilling fluid flows
into one or more geological formations instead of returning up the annulus.
“Loss circulation” can be a serious problem during the drilling of an oil well
or gas well. Hemp, Inc., as mentioned in a previous press release, has a
provisional patent that covers Hemp, Inc.'s process of dramatically reducing the
time, cost, and energy required to create LCMs and spill absorbents using
natural plant materials - resulting in a higher quality product for the oil and
gas industries.
“Aside from our LCMs, we look forward to showcasing how our new,
state-of-the-art post processing CBD equipment at our first 2018 Hemp University
educational symposium. Our Hemp University educational symposiums have been an
overwhelming success and they’re growing. We had to stop selling tickets at the
last symposium because we were over capacity. We originally planned for only 100
attendees but there were over 140 people in attendance. We're expecting the
number of attendees to double at the next symposium, scheduled for December 2,
2017. Of course, we plan to hold it at a much larger venue. We strongly
encourage you to buy your tickets early. We will definitely sell out and this
isn't marketing hype," says Perlowin. “The hemp educational infrastructure we
provide through ‘The Hemp University' is delivering on our goal to make America
great again by making America hemp again. We are teaching farmers, landowners,
investors and entrepreneurs how to create a profitable income stream by
maximizing their per-acre crop revenue.”
To register now for the next Hemp University education symposium: Hemp Money
Event, Economics, Lessons, and Planning for 2018, and ensure you’re able to get
a ticket before it’s sold out,

Perlowin. "As we work toward getting our eco-village up and running in Arizona,
we are also aggressively scouting strategic locations in other states including
North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Giving veterans and other Americans a place to learn new skills and take part in
this multi-billion dollar hemp CBD market is very exciting. It's a big part of
our mission to give back."

I've been building this
infrastructure since 2013 and it can be duplicated for any state," says Perlowin.

is viewed as an expensive process within the industry, and the big reward behind
it is a superior end-product that is potent and safe. The company’s 70,000

the only one of this magnitude in North America. All of this creates a huge
competitive advantage within the popular marketplace.”
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) said, “Actually, our
multipurpose industrial hemp processing facility in Spring Hope, NC has expanded
to 85,000 square feet. The resounding message of this Huffington Post article,
that our Company is a ‘pioneering force’ in America’s hemp marketplace, reflects

press release, we have 5 core infrastructures that we built and have been
usin g… Industrial Hemp Manufacturing and Processing; Hemp Oil Extraction; Hemp
Farming; Hemp Education; and, Marketing. These core infrastructures have created
a strong platform for growth, now and into the future.”

seeking opportunities to educate the public and Hemp, Inc.’s shareholders about
the latest developments taking shape at Hemp, Inc.,” said David Schmitt, COO of
Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary,
Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC. “Our 85,000 square foot facility in
Spring Hope, North Carolina, establishes us as a leader in the space and is
putting North Carolina on the forefront of this new industry.”
Huffington Post also noted that since Hemp, Inc.’s processing facility became
operational this summer, it will likely position “North Carolina as the primary
hemp hub of North America.”

Hemp, Inc. Pioneers Industrial Hemp
Revolution with the Largest Industrial Hemp Processing Facility in the Western
Hemisphere
Company to Advance Mission
Through its Core Infrastructure Divisions – Industrial Hemp Manufacturing and
Processing, Hemp Oil Extraction, Hemp Farming, Hemp Education and Marketing
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - October 10, 2017 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) today outlined and
clarified its core infrastructures that it has built and has been using to
capture the rapidly growing industrial hemp industry. The company continues to
position itself on the frontlines of America’s hemp revolution. Led by Hemp,
Inc. CEO, Bruce Perlowin, executives have taken a number of bold, methodical
steps to position Hemp, Inc. for profitable and sustainable growth across the
industrial hemp landscape. The four key infrastructure divisions, through which
steps have been taken, thus far, are: (1) Industrial Hemp Manufacturing and
Processing; (2) Hemp Oil Extraction; (3) Hemp Farming; and (4) Hemp Education.
“We want to drive home to our shareholders that we have very lucid
infrastructure divisions in action that have created a strong platform for
growth, now and into the future. While always adhering to our discipline on
transparency with our shareholders and the public, we are resolutely committed
to these infrastructure divisions,” said Perlowin. “We believe our core
infrastructure divisions outline Hemp, Inc.’s operations, and, allow us to
allocate time and capital strategically to drive long-term shareholder value, as
you will see below.”
1. Industrial Hemp Manufacturing and Processing Infrastructure - Division One
The Industrial Manufacturing and Processing infrastructure division consists
of the
largest multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operation
in the western hemisphere that has grown to become the pre-eminent center of the
industrial hemp industry. The, now, 85,000 square foot facility sits on a 9-acre
campus in Spring Hope, North Carolina. With the patent pending manufacturing
process, it is operating full time to process approximately 18,000,000 pounds of
kenaf, on-hand, into all green, natural loss circulation materials (LCMs) that
is to be sold to the oil and gas drilling industry. According to Perlowin, Hemp,
Inc. has been negotiating sales to oil companies on 5 continents with one
company in America wanting to take the entire productive capacity of the plant.
These sales will be announced in future press releases as soon as they occur.
(To see a one-minute video of the millions of pounds of kenaf on hand, go to
Bruce Perlowin's personal
FaceBook page, September 7, 11, 13, 20 and 22nd.)
David Schmitt, COO of Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Industrial Hemp
Manufacturing, LLC, said, “I’ve built 6 processing facilities from the ground
up. However, this is not only the most exciting but world-changing. Our facility
is environmentally sustainable and was built from the ground up during a time
when we are striving to make America great again.”
2. Hemp Oil Extraction Infrastructure – Division Two
The Hemp Oil Extraction infrastructure consists of its
NuAxon Tech Industrial CO2
Supercritical Extractor from NuAxon BioScience, manufacturer and the producer of
the world class, large capacity CO2 Supercritical Extraction equipment. Hemp,
Inc. is currently in negotiations with several other extraction companies to
house other extractors. (To see Hemp, Inc.'s NuAxon Tech CO2 Supercritical
Extractor in operation, visit Perlowin's
Facebook page, Sept. 27th and Aug. 16th. As one of the most transparent
public companies in the sector, Bruce Perlowin posts 1-minute video updates
daily of Hemp, Inc.'s progress in all 5 of these divisions.)
3. Hemp Farming Infrastructure – Division Three
The Farming infrastructure division consists of hundreds of acres of hemp
and kenaf growing in multiple locations, farm equipment, cloning rooms, clones
and seeds, grow rooms, greenhouses, hemp drying facilities and a huge amount of
peripheral farming tools and equipment. (Some of this farming infrastructure can
be seen on Bruce Perlowin’s Facebook page, Sept. 8th, Aug. 30th, 19th, 15th –
11th, 9th and 4th, July 31st, 29th, 21st – 16th.) Hemp, Inc. also has a model
family farm situated on 5 acres that consists of a cloning room, a greenhouse,
and 5,000 hemp plants. (This model farm can be seen on Bruce Perlowin’s Facebook
page, Aug. 22nd - 26th.) By showing farmers how to grow high CBD hemp plants,
operate a greenhouse and turn a barn into a cloning room to earn $500,000 a
year, the small family farm can reappear on the American landscape. After all,
the original small family farms in America were able to survive economically by
growing hemp as their main cash crop and the first 5 presidents of the United
States were all hemp farmers.
“For most of the last 20 years, I have been the largest kenaf grower in the
United States, as several of my previous factories used kenaf fibers in the
manufacturing process. Now that we are transitioning from kenaf to hemp, my
agricultural background is greatly serving our current farming endeavors,” said
Schmitt.
4. Hemp Education Infrastructure – Division Four
The Hemp Education infrastructure division includes Hemp, Inc.'s Hemp
University; attending various events (see Bruce Perlowin’s personal Facebook
page, Oct. 7th and 8th); and, attending, speaking and displaying at industry
expos (see Bruce Perlowin’s personal Facebook page, Sept. 14th through 16th) to,
in turn, educate the public on hemp in our industry. The educational seminars,
through the Hemp University, are held approximately every 6 weeks and teach
farmers and landowners how to create a profitable income stream by maximizing
their per-acre crop revenue. The Hemp University is also one way the company is
contributing to making America great again by making America hemp again. (To see
the Hemp University, visit Bruce Perlowin’s personal Facebook page, Oct. 30th,
24th – 29th and Jul. 1st – 10th.)
“Since our launch with the first educational symposium, the number of attendees
has grown tremendously and it has been an overwhelmingly success, each time. Our
interactive, hands-on learning approach is invaluable. By learning in an
interactive cohort format,
students gain the necessary skills they need to immediately implement them on
their farm or in their organization. We’ve achieved the perfect mix of quality
instruction, relevant educational content and a high level of commitment, to
ensure the educational success of each attendee,” said Rick Rainbolt, President
of Hemp, Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Hemp University, LLC,
5. Hemp Education Infrastructure – Division Five
The company is reaching the point soon where it will implement its 5th
infrastructure division… Marketing Infrastructure – Division Five. “Once we have
enough inventory (in 30 days or less), we will begin to market aggressively,”
said Perlowin. “Our focus on operational expansion and education-focused
outreach allow us to grow sustainably while helping shape America’s newest
industry as it continues to evolve.”
“So as you can see, Hemp, Inc. has a very robust framework consisting of a total
of 5 core infrastructure divisions thus far. We are very excited for the
possibilities and opportunities having these infrastructure divisions will
afford us. Those who read this press release in detail will now have a very
clear idea as to exactly what Hemp, Inc. is all about and what we have
accomplished thus far,” concluded Perlowin.
Hemp, Inc. shareholders are continually kept up to date on the company’s
progress in each infrastructure division. In case you missed it, Hemp, Inc. was
recently featured (Sept. 25, 2017) in High Times in an article entitled "North
Carolina is Harvesting Its First Legal Hemp Crop in Decades" in High Times;
Hemp, Inc.'s Sensational Breaking News (August 2, 2017) –
press release – where Hemp, Inc. announced that its processing facility is
operational and processing its first product; and, Hemp, Inc. Announces Official
Launch of its CO2 Supercritical Extractor (August 17, 2017) –
press release – where its industrial hemp manufacturing and processing
infrastructure, via the largest hemp processing facility and milling operation
in the western hemisphere, officially launched its NuAxon Tech CO2 Supercritical
Extractor and is in its first phase of operation; and Hemp, Inc.’s first harvest
of North Carolina-grown hemp on Oct. 4, 2017.
Also, Hemp, Inc.’s Hemp University 4th Educational Symposium "The Art & Science
of CBD Oil" was sold out and was an overwhelming success. The next event is
planned for December 2, location to be announced.

Recent HEMP News:
Hemp, Inc. Announces Filing of Provisional
Patent to Create Environmentally-Friendly Lost Circulation Material and Spill
Absorbents
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - October 5, 2017 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) a global leader in the
industrial hemp industry with the largest hemp mill in the western hemisphere,
announced today the filing of a provisional patent Oct. 2, 2017 for methods of
processing plants for the production of fiber for industrial use.
Industrial Hemp Manufacturing LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemp, Inc.,
produces loss circulation material (LCM) and spill absorbents for the oil and
gas industries. In oil or gas well drilling, loss circulation occurs when
drilling fluid flows into one or more geological formations instead of returning
up the annulus. Loss circulation can be a serious problem during the drilling of
an oil well or gas well. The provisional patent covers Hemp, Inc.'s process,
which dramatically reduces the time, cost, and energy required to create LCMs
and spill absorbents using natural plant materials - resulting in a higher
quality product for the oil and gas industries.
"We have created a green solution for LCMs," said David Schmitt, COO of Hemp,
Inc.'s subsidiary, Industrial Hemp
Manufacturing, LLC. "While there are numerous LCMs on the market to choose from,
we are confident our proprietary blend of plant materials will further position
us as industry leaders in the space. Having the largest hemp and kenaf
processing and manufacturing facility in North America allows us to meet the
very high demand the oil and gas industries have for LCMs."
"We are committed to creating environmentally-friendly products in our
state-of-the-art 85,000 square foot facility," said Hemp, Inc. CEO Bruce
Perlowin. "Hemp, Inc.'s operation positions North Carolina on the forefront of

The provisional patent is applicable for about 10 different plants. The
provisional patent is good for one year and during that time Hemp, Inc. plans to
complete the application for a process patent.

Processing infrastructure consists of the largest multi-purpose industrial hemp
processing facility and milling operation in the western hemisphere that has

TO SEED OR NOT TO SEED - THAT IS THE QUESTION
In a previous press release issued October 2, 2017, Hemp, Inc. stated the
following:
Those interested in purchasing viable industrial hemp seed should contact Ms.
Sandra Williams at swilliams@hempinc.com. These are seeds grown from industrial
hemp plants from North Carolina's first hemp seed harvest... from certified seed
out of Europe. The company expects to have around 100,000 pounds of seed
available which will consist of a mixture of Felina 32, Futura 75, and
Carmagnola.
This has been updated as follows:
For those interested in purchasing hemp seeds - still contact Ms. Sandra
Williams at swilliams@hempinc.com - however, the company will need to hold off
on selling seeds until we receive answers to many unanswered questions such as:
If seeds are certified in Europe and planted in America, are the seeds from
those plants certified or is there a process we need to go through here in the
U.S. to certify them? Or, are American farmers stuck with not being allowed to
buy seeds from other American farmers? If so, do American farmers have to
continue ordering seeds from Europe, year after year? Is the Carmagnola Select,
that was sold to American farmers last year, "hot" (containing too much THC to
be legal in the US)? Can we or any other farmer legally sell seed in North
Carolina and/or other states? Can these seeds be sold for food consumption or as
grain to replant? Or, can we replant them ourselves and/or sell them as historic
collector packages as "the first hemp seed harvest in North Carolina" in over 80
years, etc.? So, until all of the red tape is worked out, Hemp, Inc. will be
holding off on selling any seeds. However, please continue to contact Hemp, Inc.
with your request for seeds so that you will be in line once answers to all
these questions are answered to ensure we are operating under the proper and
legal protocol.

Hemp, Inc.'s First Hemp Harvest in North
Carolina Currently Underway
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - October 4, 2017 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) a global leader in the
industrial hemp industry with the largest industrial hemp multi-purpose
processing facility in the western hemisphere, announced today that the Company
has begun harvesting 550 acres of North Carolina-grown hemp and kenaf (hibiscus
cannabinus, a cousin plant to industrial hemp). The 550 acres of hemp and kenaf
belong to both Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC (Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned
subsidiary) and independent North Carolina farms that are strategic partners
with Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC.
The hemp and kenaf – to be harvested at various locations throughout the state –
will be processed and manufactured at Hemp, Inc.’s, now,
85,000 square foot facility in Spring Hope, North Carolina.
Those interested in purchasing viable industrial hemp seed should contact Ms.
Sandra Williams at swilliams@hempinc.com. These are seeds grown from industrial
hemp plants from North Carolina’s first hemp seed harvest… from certified seed
out of Europe. The company expects to have around 100,000 pounds of seed
available which will consist of a mixture of Felina 32, Futura 75, and
Carmagnola.
“This is the first time in over 80 years that viable hemp seed grown in North
Carolina is available. I encourage everyone, especially our shareholders, to
check out the harvesting of some of North Carolina’s industrial hemp crop by
visiting my
Facebook page. Scroll down to
the posts between September 7th and 11th and September 20th and 22nd,” said
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP). He continued, “Our
industrial hemp grown in Kentucky will be ready for harvest later this month,
which can also be seen on my
Facebook page in the September 13th post.”
“We want to remind our current and future shareholders that Hemp, Inc. strives
to be one of the most transparent companies in the public sector. To adhere to
this company policy of transparency, I post 1-minute video updates daily on my
personal Facebook page to give an inside look and behind-the-scenes footage of
the what Hemp, Inc. is doing on a daily basis. We want them to know how the
company is performing and what it is doing to reach its goals. For example, this
past weekend we held the 4th educational symposium through the Hemp University.
It was an overwhelming success.”
To see the 1-minute video updates of this Hemp University educational symposium,
go to Bruce Perlowin’s personal Facebook page and scroll down to the posts
between September 30 and October 4, 2017. “We had to stop selling tickets, just
like in the first three events, because we were over capacity. We originally
planned for only 100 attendees but there were over 140 people in attendance.
We’re expecting an even larger crowd at the next Hemp University educational
symposium, scheduled for December 2, 2017, of 300 to 420 attendees. Of course,
we plan to hold it at a much larger venue. We strongly encourage you to buy your
tickets early. We will definitely sell out and this isn’t marketing hype,” says
Perlowin.
The Company previously announced its plan to grow 3,000 acres of hemp and kenaf
in North Carolina, however, the Drug Enforcement Agency delayed giving the state
of North Carolina their hemp permit, thus, farmers were not able to get seed in
time for this year’s planting.
“The delay in getting the green light to start planting negatively affected the
amount of acres we believed would yield a successful crop,” said David Schmitt,
COO of Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC.
“As a result, we scaled back our plan from planting 3,000 acres to 550 acres.
(This is still a very substantial 2017 crop.) Currently, we plan to plant 3,000
to 10,000 acres in the spring of 2018. This does not affect our plant’s
productivity because we have approximately 18,000,000 pounds of kenaf in
inventory that we have been aggressively processing 5 to 6 days a week.” (To see
part of the kenaf inventory, go to Perlowin’s personal Facebook page and scroll
down to August 30th, August 11th, and July 24th.)
“We are very proud to work with local farmers to help them capture the financial
benefits of cultivating these highly valuable and sustainable crops which will
help ensure the stability of the family farm for generations to come,” said
Perlowin. “We are additionally pleased to see our efforts gain increased media
exposure as we continue to spread our message about the opportunities this new
clean, green agricultural and industrial American revolution is providing for
Americans throughout our country.”
The enormity of the Company’s role in supporting hemp production and
manufacturing in North Carolina was recently featured in a Sept. 25, 2017 High
Times article entitled “North
Carolina is Harvesting Its First Legal Hemp Crop in Decades.”
Hemp, Inc.
announced on Aug. 2, 2017 that its processing facility was operational and
processing its first product. And on Aug. 17, 2017, the Company
announced the official launch of its NuAxon Tech CO2 Supercritical
Extractor.
Hemp, Inc. and Freedom Leaf,
Inc. (OTCQB: FRLF), exclusive worldwide sales and marketing representative for
the NuAxon Tech CO2
Supercritical Extractor are now working together to showcase and demonstrate the
CO2 Extractor technology at the monthly East Coast Hemp University Classes. This
past weekend in New Hope, NC, NuAxon CEO Jason Edwards and Freedom Leaf
representatives Tim Puetz and Ron Voight presented to a SOLD OUT crowd. On the
West Coast, Freedom Leaf has installed a NuAxon CO2 Supercritical Extractor in
Las Vegas, NV and will be announcing the showcase location and demonstrations
coordinating with the MJ Biz Conference
in November 2017. Hemp Inc., CEO Bruce Perlowin and Industrial Hemp
Manufacturing, LLC, COO David Schmitt will be present in Las Vegas. To reserve
your VIP equipment demo November 14th – 17th in Las Vegas, email co2sales@nuaxon.com
In further keeping with Hemp, Inc.’s total transparency policy, the company will
launch its first “First Friday Tours” series whereby Hemp, Inc. shareholders can
get an in-depth look into the company’s expanded industrial hemp processing
facility and milling operation in Spring Hope, North Carolina. This "inside"

Carolina's burgeoning industrial hemp epicenter to see Hemp, Inc.'s processing

Hemp, Inc. Announces Exclusive
“First Friday Tours” of its Industrial Hemp Processing Facility and Milling
Operation
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - Sept. 28, 2017 - Curious
about the largest industrial hemp processing facility in the western hemisphere
and its operation? Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) shareholders can now
get an in-depth look by attending exclusive “First Friday Tours” of Hemp, Inc.’s
expanded industrial hemp processing facility and milling operation in Spring
Hope, North Carolina. Hemp, Inc. executives are pleased to extend the
opportunity for Hemp, Inc. shareholders to visit the processing plant and
milling operation for an “inside” free tour which will commence, next week,
Friday, October 6, 2017 from 9:00am to 11:00am eastern standard time and on the
first Friday of the month thereafter.
These exclusive bonus tours will take shareholders behind-the-scenes of North
Carolina’s burgeoning industrial hemp epicenter to see Hemp, Inc.’s processing
equipment in full operation and producing product... from the cultivation of its
hemp plants and kenaf to the processing and manufacturing of their quality CBD
products. Shareholders will also meet and interact with Hemp, Inc. CEO
Bruce Perlowin and COO of Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary,
Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC, David
Schmitt. Both Perlowin and Schmitt welcome any and all questions from Hemp,
Inc.’s valued shareholders.
Part of the “First Friday Tours” will showcase a section of the warehouse where
a variety of hemp and hemp-based products are displayed. Shareholders can peruse
the whole gamut of hemp products from hemp clones, hemp lotions, hemp denim
jeans, hemp shoes, hemp hats, chocolate covered hemp seeds, hemp pastas to hemp
farming equipment, super sacks filled with kenaf and/or hemp and so much more.
There will also be a hemp kiosk in the industrial hemp facility that, as was
stated in a previous press
release. Per the agreement Hemp, Inc. signed with One Step Vending, Corp. (OTC
PINK: KOSK), Hemp, Inc. will create unique hemp oil-based consumer products
specifically for sale through One Step Vending, Corp.'s approved, existing micro
markets, or kiosks around the country.
According to executives, this “First Friday Tours” series is expected to connect
the shareholders more directly with the industrial hemp sector with first-hand
knowledge of what is most often “hidden” from the public. “We’ve received many
requests and inquiries regarding the operation of our industrial hemp processing
facility and mill. We are adamant about being completely transparent, as one of
the leaders in this public sector, so we wanted to extend the opportunity for
our shareholders to actually come out and see and experience what we are doing
first-hand and what we are all about,” said Perlowin.
Perlowin has even been posting daily
video updates to keep Hemp, Inc. shareholders informed up to the minute.
These posts can be seen by visiting Perlowin’s personal
Facebook page. Posts from September 24th through the 27th specifically
capture tours that were given to paid attendees of The Hemp University
educational symposiums. However, Perlowin says the videos really don’t do the
facility justice. “Actually seeing millions of pounds of kenaf and hemp bales,
stacked 20 feet high and watching the largest hemp mill grind those 900-pound
bales down to 20 mesh and/or 200-325 mesh particle sizes, put in super sacks
weighing over a thousand pounds and lined up on the factory floor to be shipped
is very impressive, to say the least.
“Can you imagine touring a 170-acre hemp grow/field with hundreds of thousands
of pounds of kenaf growing 15 feet tall? What about seeing hundreds of thousands
of dollars of whole hemp extract (CBDs) being processed through a NuAxon Tech
CO2 Supercritical Extractor that is so close you could touch it? Majestic.
Simply majestic. Most other companies keep this process confidential or ‘a
secret’ or ‘hush hush’. Not Hemp, Inc.! We are pulling the curtain back. It is
because of our loyal shareholders who continue to support and believe in the
work we are doing that we make it a point to include our shareholders in on each
step of the way. We are in this together,” says Perlowin.
These 2-hour tours, guided by Perlowin and Schmitt, will show how the largest
multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operation has
grown to become the pre-eminent center of the industrial hemp industry
headquartered in North Carolina. “Bringing milling operation online expanded our
footprint from 70,000 to 85,000 square feet on this 9-acre campus,” said
Perlowin.
Ready to take advantage of this amazing tour opportunity to learn more about
Hemp, Inc.? Shareholders must contact Ms. Sandra Williams for verification of
their shareholder status and to be approved for any of the “First Friday Tours”
via swilliams@hempinc.com.

scientific aspects of Industrial Hemp CBD cannabinoids by disseminating current,
reliable information that continues to shape the revolutionary CBD market.
"Our strategic alliance with One Step Vending Corp. is just the beginning of a
lot of great things to come," concluded Perlowin.
HEMP, INC.'S NORTH CAROLINA INDUSTRIAL HEMP HUB
Hemp, Inc.'s 70,000 square foot industrial hemp processing facility, on over 9
acres in Spring Hope, North Carolina, is the only one of this magnitude in the
western hemisphere. It is indeed bound to become the mecca of this new clean
green agricultural and industrial American revolution. Based on a variety of
factors, Perlowin believes North Carolina is strategically positioned to be the
largest hemp producing state in America by 2018. However, Kentucky and West
Virginia will join this industrial hemp hub along with Virginia, Pennsylvania,
New York, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia. Most of these states were
historically considered the hemp hub of America and will be again this time next
year.

ABOUT THE "HEMP GROWING, CBD PRODUCING VETERAN VILLAGE KINS COMMUNITIES"
Aligned with Hemp, Inc.'s Triple Bottom Line approach, CEO Bruce Perlowin is
exploring the possibilities of developing "Hemp Growing, CBD Producing Veteran
Village Kins Communities" in North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky and several other
states similar to the 500-acre demonstration community being built in Arizona.
He currently has 4,500 acres (and counting) of land north of Kingman, Arizona
where he's building a Veteran Village on 500 of those acres that would consist
of 160 lots of 2 1/2 acre parcels for Kins Domains (eco-villages). Each parcel
would grow 1 acre of hemp as well as having organic gardens, natural beehives, a
pond, a living fence and other elements that make up a Kins Domain.
Perlowin has since found a way to incorporate it into Hemp, Inc.'s strategy of
building hemp growing, CBD-producing "communities" or "villages." The first part
of these "Veteran Village Kins Communities" is a "holistic healing and learning
center" whose function in each community is to treat, train and re-train our
veterans. The prototype Veteran Village Kins Community in Arizona is expected to
be completed by late 2017.
Perlowin has been personally creating the Arizona "Veteran Village Kins
Community" since 2013 as a solution to America's multifaceted veteran problem.
To date, forty-four percent of America's homeless are veterans. Twelve percent
of that group are combat woman veterans with children. Twenty-two veterans
commit suicide EVERY DAY. Two million veterans are on food stamps. As for the
future, 238,000 veterans are leaving the armed services every year, according to
Dannion Brinkley, Chairman of the Twilight Brigade.
From rehabilitation to job creation, Perlowin says this model presents a
comprehensive holistic solution to those individuals that all Americans owe a
great debt of gratitude toward the American veterans. Perlowin expects this
model to produce very lucrative revenue for Hemp, Inc., the veterans themselves
and the local communities these Kins Communities are built near. "The
infrastructure for 'The Hemp Growing, CBD-Producing, Veteran-Village Kins
Community,' which takes time to build, is already in place in Arizona. I've been
building this infrastructure since 2013 and it can be duplicated for any state,"
says Perlowin.

ABOUT NORTH CAROLINA INDUSTRIAL HEMP ASSOCIATION
The almost 1,000-member North Carolina Industrial Hemp Association (NCIHA) is a
501(c)(6) trade organization that represents all the stakeholders helping to
build a thriving hemp industry in North Carolina. The NCIHA is responsible for
the lobbying effort behind the passage of the North Carolina Industrial Hemp
Pilot Program. Through education, dedication and fundraising, North Carolina can
be accelerated to the forefront of global growth in Industrial and Medicinal
Hemp. North Carolina can and should lead the country in cultivation, processing
and support the consumption of hemp's many beneficial products. Hemp was, for
almost 200 years, a legal and fundamental crop in North Carolina and should be
again.

IN THE NEWS: HEMP ON TRACK FOR LEGALIZATION
North Carolina: Editorial, "Here's Another way North Carolina is out-hustling
Virginia" talks about North Carolina's top hemp advocate on "how this
(industrial hemp) genetic offshoot of marijuana is such a versatile crop that
farmers can make money three ways off the same plant -- the seeds can be used
for food, the pods for nutritional supplements, the stalks used for fiber."
"It's a no-brainer thing for farmers," Bob Crumley says." He talks about how
growing hemp was once considered a patriotic act. In colonial times, farmers
were required to plant a certain number of acres of hemp -- or pay higher taxes.
The first drafts of the Declaration of Independence were written on hemp paper.
Betsy Ross's flag was made out of hemp. Hemp was the "America First" economic
policy of its day, because the fibrous plant enabled the colonies to be
self-reliant in everything from canvas for ships' sails to uniforms. Read the
full editorial here.
Utah: A Utah agricultural board has given preliminary approval to a change in
government rules that would allow farmers in the state to cultivate industrial
hemp for research purposes. Farmers would be allowed to grow hemp that contains
less than 0.03% THC under the Utah Department of Food and Agriculture's proposed
rule. State research institutions such as Utah State University are already
allowed to cultivate industrial hemp for research purposes as part of the 2014
federal Farm Bill, but the new rule would expand who's allowed to grow the
plant, the Salt Lake Tribune reported. Read the full article here.
Nevada: Gov. Sandoval signed Senate Bill 375 and Senate Bill 396 recently,
allowing Nevada's Native American tribal government to directly negotiate with
the state over the use and sale of medicinal cannabis on tribal lands, and
expanding the state's hemp cultivation program. According to the article, Gov.
Sandoval also gave the proverbial green light by signing off on Senate Bill 396.
The recently passed legislation creates an additional hemp program for Nevada's
farmers. Per the bill, S.B. 396 establishes rules and regulations authorizing
the growth and handling of industrial hemp for the production of cannabinoid-infused
products.
Colorado: Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper signed off on Senate Bill 17-117,
entitled "Recognize Industrial Hemp Agricultural Product for Agricultural Water
Right," on May 21, 2017. This bill protects hemp farmers who use water stored in
federal reservoirs. The bill was introduced in the state Legislature by Sen. Don
Coram, and sponsored by Rep. Marc Catlin. Both are Montrose Republicans.
Colorado legalized growing hemp in 2014, but it is still banned at the federal
level, creating complications when water from a federal project is used to water
it. Senate Bill 17-117 says Colorado water right holders have the right to use
it on hemp if the person is registered by the state to grow hemp for commercial,
or research purposes. During an interview with The Journal, Hickenlooper said
the hemp water bill will give farmers some reassurance, and he was cautiously
optimistic that it could become a good cash crop for the state.
"Concerning confirmation that industrial hemp is a recognized agricultural
product for which a person with a water right decreed for agricultural use may
use the water subject to the water right for industrial hemp cultivation. In
Colorado, water subject to a water right may be used for the purpose for which
the water is decreed. The bill confirms that a person with an absolute or
conditional water right decreed for agricultural use may use the water subject
to the water right for the growth or cultivation of industrial hemp if the
person is registered by the department of agriculture to grow industrial hemp
for commercial or research and development purposes."
For more detailed information on SB 17-117, visit www.leg.colorado.gov, by
clicking here.
North Dakota: Chris Zenker, one of 35 farmers and growers who received a special
license from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture to grow industrial hemp
for 2017, drove from Gackle to a farm just north of Carrington, North Dakota
last week to pick up enough industrial hemp seed to plant 100 acres. According
to Zenker, he is trying hemp as a way to introduce a different crop in the
rotation and likes that it has the potential to be a cash crop. The seed from
Gussiaas' farm received the largest of four shipments of industrial hemp seed,
64,000 pounds, that the North Dakota Department of Agriculture had shipped from
Canada for distribution to farmers and growers approved to grow hemp in 2017.
The state will receive a total of 84,250 pounds of industrial hemp seed this
year with seed distributed in 50-pound bags. (visit full article on
www.agweek.com)
Illinois: The Illinois Senate unanimously approved a measure, SB 1294, that
would allow farmers to grow and sell industrial hemp, a strain of cannabis. But
unlike marijuana, industrial hemp contains less than one percent of THC, and its
fiber can be used to manufacture a variety of products. Pollitt says he
estimates Illinois stands to gain an economic industry, including processing and
transportation, that could outpace the state's pumpkin crop. Hemp advocates
point to neighboring Kentucky, where more than 135 farms and 40 processors have
enrolled in the state's pilot program that launched in 2016.
The Industrial Hemp Senate Bill 1294 was passed to the House on May 5, 2017. On
May 31, 2017, final action for the House was extended to June 30, 2017. As of
7/6/2017, this Bill was re-referred to the Rules Committee.
West Virginia: In West Virginia, Governor Jim Justice signed House Bill 2453
which allows hemp to be grown for research purposes, to also allow hemp to be
grown commercially. The proposal was passed by both the House and Senate
unanimously. HB 2453 states that a person growing industrial hemp for commercial
purposes shall apply to the commissioner for license on a form prescribed by the
commissioner. The application for a license must include the name and address of
the applicant and the legal description of the land area to be used for the
production of industrial hemp.
Whether it's Alaska or Florida, North Carolina or Nevada, Hemp, Inc. is on the
ground more often than not conducting business in those states. In Arizona, for
example, Hemp, Inc. plans to grow up to 300 acres on a 500-acre Veteran Village
Kins Community as soon as Arizona legalizes hemp, which we expect in early 2018.
"Hemp, Inc. does not wait for the inevitable legalization of industrial hemp in
a state prior to building our industrial hemp infrastructure there. Instead of
waiting for it to be legalized, being proactive gives us a significant advantage
in the industrial hemp industry," says Perlowin.
Florida: In Florida, Gov. Rick Scott signed the Industrial Hemp Pilot Projects
bill into law. The bill would give FAMU Florida A&M University and UF University
of Florida the green light to develop pilot projects to cultivate, process,
test, research,
create and market safe commercial applications for industrial hemp. According to
the article, "the universities would work with private partnerships to conduct
and pay for the research. All research would be registered with Florida's
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Approval for the program is
needed by the universities' board of trustees." If approved by trustees, the
universities are required to submit a report to the governor and the Legislature
within two years after the pilot project's creation.
In August, 2017, Perlowin plans to buy land in Florida to build a Veteran's
Village Kins Community in that state.
WHAT IS HEMP?
Hemp is a durable natural fiber that is grown as a renewable source for raw
materials that can be incorporated into thousands of products. It's one of the
oldest domesticated crops known to man. Hemp is used in nutritional food
products such as hemp seeds, hemp hearts and hemp proteins, for humans. It is
also used in building materials, paper, textiles, cordage, organic body care and
other nutraceuticals, just to name a few. It has thousands of other known uses.
A hemp crop requires half the water alfalfa uses and can be grown without the
heavy use of pesticides. Farmers worldwide grow hemp commercially for fiber,
seed, and oil for use in a variety of industrial and consumer products. The
United States is the only developed nation that fails to cultivate industrial
hemp as an economic crop on a large scale, according to the Congressional
Resource Service. However, with rapidly changing laws and more states
gravitating towards industrial hemp and passing an industrial hemp bill, that
could change. Currently, the majority of hemp sold in the United States is
imported from China and Canada, the world's largest exporters of the industrial
hemp crop.

9 GREAT REASONS TO INCLUDE HEMP AS PART OF A HEALTHY DIET (Source)
HOW HEMP CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
Fuel -- While the industrial, medicinal and commercial properties of hemp have
been known to mankind for a very long time, its benefits to the environment have
just been realized in recent years. One of the compelling things hemp offers is
fuel. Reserves of petroleum are being depleted. Right now we are depleting our
reserves of petroleum and buying it up from other countries. It would be nice if
we could have a fuel source which was reusable and which we could grow right
here, making us completely energy independent.
Industries in search of sustainable and eco-friendly processes are realizing
hemp as a viable option. Hemp can provide an alternative, more efficient source
of energy in the fuel industry. "The woody hemp plant is low in moisture; it
dries quickly and is an efficient biomass source of methanol. The waste products
produced by using hemp oil are a good source of ethanol. Both methanol and
ethanol are produced from hemp through the efficient and economical process of
thermo-chemical conversion. One acre of hemp yields 1,000 gallons or 3,785
liters of fuel. Hemp allows a lesser reliance on fossil fuels, which are
non-renewable sources of energy and will not be able to meet the increasing
global demands for long."
Petroleum fuel increases carbon monoxide in the atmosphere and contributes
heavily to global warming and the greenhouse effect, which could lead to global
catastrophe in the next 50 years if these trends continue. Do you want to find
out if they are right, or do you want to grow the most cost effective and
environmentally safe fuel source on the planet? Using hemp as an energy and
rotation crop would be a great step in the right direction.

accolades, Dr. Bruck has received over twenty academic awards including the
University Distinguished Lecturer Award and the University Distinguished Adviser
Award, both from North Carolina State University and has graced the Who's Who in
America list multiple years. To read Dr. Bruck's full Vitae, click here.
"Dr. Bruck is an intellectual visionary and understands the evolving industrial
hemp sector. The interdisciplinary perspective he brings from academia and his
professional career is not only unique, but profound," says Perlowin. "I am
thrilled to have him officially join us as we continue to establish The Hemp
University as the premier educational institution of the industrial hemp
industry. Dr. Bruck's contribution and leadership will be a huge benefit to The
Hemp University, and, most importantly, to our attendees."
Educated in Biology, Forestry, Forest Pathology, and Phytopathology, Bruck
brings a broad, interdisciplinary perspective to The Hemp University. In
addition to the above mentioned, he also serves as Director of North Carolina
State Institute (NCSU) for Environmental Technology Education; Special Asst. to
the Vice Chancellor for Research, Outreach & Extension, NCSU; Coordinator of
University Environmental Programs; and, Professor, Depts. of Plant Pathology and
Forestry.
"I have been very fortunate in my career to work with so many incredible people.
This appointment, in particular, is truly a rare opportunity to be on the front
lines of this industrial hemp revolution by helping students achieve their hemp
cultivation goals and inspiring more farmers to produce this multi-faceted
industrial hemp crop. I am deeply honored to be entrusted with this
responsibility," explained Dr. Bruck. "Hemp, Inc. has set the bar high in the
industry and I look forward to meeting the challenge ahead."
In an industry rapidly evolving as this one, the thought leaders of tomorrow
must be able to shift across multiple disciplines. With Hemp, Inc.'s industrial
hemp educational infrastructure via The Hemp University, Hemp, Inc. has been
teaching attendees the business and scientific aspects of industrial hemp, from
how to grow it to CBD cannabinoids. Dr. Bruck's appointment will help Hemp,
Inc.'s Hemp University continue to chart the path. Approaching its 4th
educational symposium on September 30, 2017, The Art & Science of CBD Oil will
go into detail on how CBD works, how it is extracted, and how to sell it through
all stages including the handling of important operational processes.
"This is new or unfamiliar territory to most people," said Perlowin. "For
example, Dr. Bruck was the first person who took a cannabis tissue sample to the
North Carolina Department of Agriculture to be tested. This was a first for
them. So you see, the high caliber of work being done by The Hemp University is
of utmost importance to our industry. Attendees of our next educational
symposium will get to experience it firsthand and learn from the best minds our
industry has to offer. All of the previous educational symposiums have received
rave reviews and have been 'sold out' events. That is why we are encouraging
people to get their tickets early. We hate turning people away due to room
constraints."
Hemp, Inc. has made significant progress toward being the go-to vehicle America
can use to re-establish itself as the number one hemp producer and exporter in
the world, thus ensuring America's stability and prosperity. But it doesn't stop
there.
According to Rick Rainbolt, CEO of The Hemp University, LLC, Dr. Bruck and The
Hemp University are in the early phases of working with the North Carolina
Department of Agriculture to discover organic solutions to potential diseases
that could be detrimental to the hemp plant. "Dr. Bruck, with The Hemp
University, is essentially discovering what things can go wrong and how to
'organically' treat those potential threats. Organic is the key word here.
Treating problems organically is very challenging. Chemically, it's a simple
solution but the problem with that is chemicals are toxic. Finding the right
organic compounds that are non-toxic but effective enough to kill diseases and
pests are what we are researching. Since this is new territory, there is no
research on potential diseases, let alone organic solutions," said Rainbolt.
"I, myself, could not have asked for a more effective leader and partner for The
Hemp University than Dr. Bruck," noted Perlowin. "He is highly respected by his
colleagues and throughout the campus community. We are in deep gratitude Dr.
Bruck has undertaken the role of Dean for The Hemp University."
In the upcoming Hemp University educational symposium on September 30, 2017, Dr.
Bruck will be speaking on the human pharmacology of cannabinoids and insects and
diseases from the 2017 growing season. Perlowin will be speaking on bringing
back the small family farm to the American landscape by using an economic
approach of a farmer being able to earn $500,000 a year with growing and cloning
hemp. There will be many more speakers with a main focus of this educational
symposium being CBDs from the industrial hemp plant.
HEMP, INC. UPDATES AND DISCLOSURES This section has been added to inform current
and future Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) shareholders of some of the activities
and updates that are occurring within the company.
Hemp, Inc. executives are currently negotiating large sales of LCMs (lost
circulation materials) to oil companies on five continents including a US-based
company that is interested in buying the entire productive capacity of the
company's LCMs and more. "If this deal comes to fruition, we will start running
two, and then later three, shifts six days a week. We currently have 18,000,000
pounds of kenaf and hemp, in inventory, which translates into finished product
that will be sold for $2 - $4 per pound. You can do the math," said Perlowin.
"It is our intention, once Hemp, Inc. is generating a significant amount of
revenue, to use 10% to 50% of that revenue to buy back Hemp, Inc. stock in the
open marketplace as a mechanism to reduce the amount of outstanding shares. The
Hemp University is our B-to-B (business to business) and B-to-C (business to
consumer) marketing arm in which we expect to generate significant revenues
through the selling of clones, seeds, mother plants, grow lights, B-to-B
extractors, organic soil amendments and fertilizers and other items the farmers
and entrepreneurs will need in order to participate in the billion dollar
emerging industrial hemp industry," continued Perlowin. The Hemp University will
also sell consulting services to the hemp farmers and entrepreneurs. It has
already signed over half a dozen consulting agreements to date and plans to
expand the consultant agreements, dramatically, to fill a very necessary need
and demand.
Hemp, Inc. also plans to build a large "Hemp House", on 9 acres, as well as a
large greenhouse.
Lastly, the mill has been operating continuously since it started on August 1,
2017, as has the extractor which came online August 15, 2017. Both of these
divisions are now in the process of producing a large inventory of finished
products prior to launching an aggressive sales and marketing campaign. The
campaign is set to begin during the 4th quarter of 2017 and will increase
dramatically during the 1st quarter of 2018. Sensational results are expected.
HEMP, INC.'S NORTH CAROLINA INDUSTRIAL HEMP HUB
Hemp, Inc.'s 70,000 square foot industrial hemp processing facility, on over 9
acres in Spring Hope, North Carolina, is the only one of this magnitude in North
America. It is indeed bound to become the mecca of this new clean green
agricultural and industrial American revolution. Based on a variety of factors,
Perlowin believes North Carolina is strategically positioned to be the largest
hemp producing state in America by 2018. Kentucky and West Virginia will join
this industrial hemp hub along with Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee,
South Carolina, and Georgia. Most of these states were historically considered
the hemp hub of America and will be again this time next year.

Perlowin has since found a way to incorporate it into Hemp, Inc.'s strategy of
building hemp growing, CBD-producing "communities" or "villages." The first part
of these "Veteran Village Kins Communities" is a "holistic healing and learning
center" whose function in each community is to treat, train and re-train our

Hemp was, for
almost 200 years, a legal and fundamental crop in North Carolina and should be
again.
Visit www.ncindhemp.org for more information. To join the North Carolina
Industrial Hemp Association, click here.
ABOUT VOTE HEMP
Vote Hemp is a national, single-issue, nonprofit organization dedicated to the
acceptance of and free market for industrial hemp, low-THC oilseed and fiber
varieties of Cannabis, and to changes in current law to allow U.S. farmers to
grow the crop. Our ultimate goal is having hemp grown on a commercial scale in
the U.S. once again and for the crop to be able to be processed here as well. We
educate people on the issues surrounding hemp, register voters, and build
coalitions to fulfill our mission.
Vote Hemp is working to shift federal regulation of industrial hemp farming out
of the hands of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and get hemp farming
regulated on the state level. Vote Hemp also works to defend against any new
laws, regulations or policies that would prohibit or restrict hemp commerce or
imports. Vote Hemp is not a drug policy organization, nor do we take positions
on drug policy issues other than the improper classification of hemp as a drug.

The bill would give FAMU Florida A&M University and UF University
of Florida the green light to develop pilot projects to cultivate, process,
test, research, create and market safe commercial applications for industrial
hemp. According to the article, "the universities would work with private
partnerships to conduct and pay for the research. All research would be
registered with Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Approval for the program is needed by the universities' board of trustees." If
approved by trustees, the universities are required to submit a report to the
governor and the Legislature within two years after the pilot project's
creation.

HOW HEMP CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
Fuel - While the industrial, medicinal and commercial properties of hemp have
been known to mankind for a very long time, its benefits to the environment have
just been realized in recent years.
Using hemp as an energy and
rotation crop would be a great step in the right direction.

balancing meeting business objectives and the needs of society and environment
at the same time.

Hemp, Inc. Provides Solution to President
Trump's Order to Promote Agriculture and Rural Prosperity
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - 08/31/17 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) announced today that
Hemp, Inc.'s solid infrastructure is in place to provide solutions to President
Donald Trump's Executive Order on Promoting Agriculture and Rural Prosperity in
America.
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. said, "We invite President Trump's Task Force
to come to North Carolina and visit Hemp, Inc.'s milling and decortication
facility which Hemp, Inc. built from the ground up. The facility took 3 1/2
years and millions of
dollars to complete. President Trump has ordered a Task Force to promote
agriculture in a number of ways. For instance, section 4 of the order, as you
will see below, states the Task Force 'shall identify legislative, regulatory,
and policy changes to promote in rural America agriculture, economic
development, job growth, infrastructure improvements, technological innovation,
energy security, and quality of life, including changes that remove barriers to
economic prosperity and quality of life in rural America and strengthen and
expand educational opportunities for students in rural communities, particularly
in agricultural education. This is what we have been doing through our Hemp
University educational symposiums and our model small family farm."
Perlowin continued, "President Trump's Task Force or any member thereof should
really visit Hemp, Inc.'s 70,000 multipurpose industrial hemp decortication and
milling facility in Spring Hope, North Carolina. The small family farm, which
many of us are familiar with, has disappeared from the American landscape. Our
model family farm is situated on 5 acres and consists of a cloning room, a
greenhouse, and 5,000 hemp plants. By showing farmers how to grow high CBD hemp
plants, operate a greenhouse and turn a barn into a cloning room to earn
$500,000 a year, the small family farm can reappear in the American landscape.
After all, the original small family farms in America were able to survive
economically by growing hemp as their main cash crop and the first 5 presidents
of the United States were all hemp farmers. Our infrastructure is 100% aligned
with what the President today, is trying to accomplish with this Task Force."
The Executive Order, issued in April of this year, states the following...

Hemp, Inc. Reports: Bipartisan Industrial Hemp
Farming Act Introduced in Congress
SPRING HOPE, NC -- (Marketwired) - 08/24/17 - Hemp, Inc.'s (OTC PINK:
HEMP) is pleased to report
that the bipartisan Industrial Hemp Farming Act, introduced by Congressmen James
Comer (R-Ky.), Jared Polis (D-Colo.), Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), and Bob Goodlatte
(R-Va.) is "back for its seventh iteration in the House, this time with momentum
for passage, according to a bipartisan coalition of congressional leaders and
agricultural advocates." According to Congressman Bob Goodlatte, "the Industrial
Hemp Farming Act, which falls partly under the jurisdiction of the House
Judiciary Committee, removes industrial hemp from the definition of a controlled
substance and gives states the authority to carry out responsible hemp
cultivation programs, should they so choose." It would, essentially, allow for
responsible, commercial production of industrial hemp without fear of violating
federal law.
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) said, "Most farmers want to
cultivate hemp. Let's face it. The government is losing the battle on
prohibiting industrial hemp on the federal level. Industrial hemp has been
around since the beginning of our nation. Not to mention, it's considered a
'cash cow' that's easy to cultivate. It doesn't need that much water and it
grows in all soil types and can be used to make over 25,000 products, from food
and clothing to car composites and airplane parts and even dietary supplements."
Perlowin continued, "Hemp, Inc. already has its hemp/kenaf manufacturing and
processing infrastructure in place and our mill is operating full time. Hemp,
Inc. has hemp and kenaf growing in 5 states, farm equipment, cloning rooms, grow
rooms, greenhouses and a huge amount of peripheral farming tools and equipment.
Once the Industrial Hemp Farming Act is passed and hemp is no longer considered
a controlled substance, we can truly make America hemp again and thus make
America great again."
Despite the literally thousands of uses for hemp, it is not legally allowed in
the United States. While not a new crop to the U.S., most Americans are unaware
of the wide range of legitimate uses for hemp. "I've met many Virginia farmers
who are ready to commercially produce and create a market for industrial hemp in
the U.S., but outdated, though well-intentioned, federal restrictions on the
cultivation and commercialization of this crop stand in the way. By removing
industrial hemp from the definition of a controlled substance, the Industrial
Hemp Farming Act will finally allow for responsible, commercial production of
industrial hemp without fear of violating federal law. This bipartisan
legislation is the product of many months of robust discussion with both
lawmakers and stakeholders. I look forward to moving this legislation through
the House," said Congressman Bob Goodlatte.
Congressman Jared Polis (D-Colo.) has also been an instrumental advocate. "Hemp
has boundless potential as a sustainable alternative to plastics and other
environmentally harmful products," Polis said. "It can be used in everything
from construction materials to paper to lotions and even ice cream. It's past
time that we eliminate absurd barriers and allow hemp farmers to get to work,
create jobs, and grow this promising and historically important crop!"
With Hemp, Inc. being a fully integrated high quality CBD manufacturer, farmers
can do just that. The company has made significant progress toward being the
go-to vehicle America can use to re-establish itself as the number 1 hemp
producer and exporter in the world.
The Industrial Hemp Farming Act would allow states that have passed laws
regulating industrial hemp "to continue having a robust hemp economy without
interference from the federal government and will encourage investment in
processing as well as farming." The biggest challenge, according to a posted
article, is educating the general public that hemp and marijuana are not the
same. The Hemp University, a subsidiary of Hemp, Inc. has been successfully
educating its attendees.
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP), stated, "The launch of our
extractor, coupled with our milling operation and The Hemp University is a
game-changer for Hemp, Inc., which makes it a game-changer for CBD growers in
North Carolina and hemp growers all over America. We are thrilled to have a
solid foothold in this meteoric growing field and expect huge revenues from our
divisions."

Perlowin's Facebook page and scroll down to the August 16th post. As one of the
most transparent public companies in the sector, Bruce Perlowin frequently posts
1-minute video updates of Hemp, Inc.'s processing facility.
However, Kentucky and West Virginia
(where Perlowin is currently traveling visiting hemp growing sites) will join
this industrial hemp hub along with Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee,
South Carolina, and Georgia. Most of these states were historically considered
the hemp hub of America and will be again this time next year.

Perlowin has since found a way to incorporate it into Hemp, Inc.'s strategy of
building hemp growing, CBD-producing "communities" or "villages." The first part
of these "Veteran Village Kins Communities" is a "holistic healing and learning
center" whose function in each community is to treat, train and re-train our
From rehabilitation to job creation, Perlowin says this model presents a
comprehensive holistic solution to those individuals that all Americans owe a
great debt of gratitude towards the American veterans.

Hemp was, for
almost 200 years, a legal and fundamental crop in North Carolina and should be
again.

"'It's a no-brainer thing for farmers,' Bob Crumley says." He talks about how
growing hemp was once considered a patriotic act.
Washington: Washington state Governor Jay Inslee signed off on HB 2064 which
removes industrial hemp from the state list of illegal drugs. The state's
governor said the bill will protect farmers and processors from federal
interference. The measure affecting industrial hemp also included guidelines for
edible marijuana products and licensed marijuana sellers. The law takes effect
in July, 23 2017.
The bill would give FAMU Florida A&M University and UF University
of Florida the green light to develop pilot projects to cultivate, process,
test, research, create and market safe commercial applications for industrial
hemp. According to the article, "the universities would work with private
partnerships to conduct and pay for the research. All research would be
registered with Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Approval for the program is needed by the universities' board of trustees." If
approved by trustees, the universities are required to submit a report to the
governor and the Legislature within two years after the pilot project's
creation.
In August 2017, Perlowin plans to buy land in Florida to build a Veteran's

HOW HEMP CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
Fuel - While the industrial, medicinal and commercial properties of hemp have
been known to mankind for a very long time, its benefits to the environment have
just been realized in recent years.

About HEMP:
Hemp, Inc. is a publicly traded company (OTC: HEMP) that was founded in 2008.
Our mission is to provide green solutions that help make the world a better
place to live. Hemp products are eco friendly, healthy, and can often replace
petroleum-based products.
Hemp, Inc. is a pioneer in the industrial hemp industry. Hemp has not been legal
in America and other countries for over 70 years. So being able to say “Made
from Hemp Grown in the U.S.A.” will be a huge milestone.
People want to see change in the world… stop the wars, save the planet from
pollution, eat organic, ban GMOs, reduce our carbon footprint, produce green
solutions and live healthy lives. Because of all the benefits hemp offers… “Hemp
can Revolutionize the World”. With education, people will understand why it’s
important to legalize industrial hemp again.
Working together we can make a difference.
The movement towards legalizing hemp is growing. Hemp, Inc.’s goal is to be the
leader in the industrial hemp fiber industry in America, which is now estimated
to be over $500 Million. A crop of hemp saves water, energy, reduces the need
for pesticides, and is more natural, economical and ecological than using cotton
or trees.
In a forward thinking move, Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary Industrial Hemp
Manufacturing, LLC purchased the largest decortication plant in North America.
Then they began the task of moving it to Spring Hope, North Carolina to their
70,000,000 square foot warehouse on 9 acres. The plant is scheduled for
completion in 2016.
When the plant is operational, it will start producing fiber for products. The
first products to be produced are lost circulation material (LCM) and oil
absorbents from kenaf. Later the products will be produced from industrial hemp.
The core of the kenaf plant has been found to be one of the most absorbent
materials on earth (according to a Navy research study). Hemp, Inc. will be
manufacturing a product that is used effectively for oil spill cleanups called
SpillSuck™. This product was used in the last big oil spill off the coast of
Louisiana.
Additionally, Hemp, Inc. will produce“lost circulation material”(LCM) product
for the drilling industry called DrillWall™. This products is mandatory for any
drilling project because of it’s ability to cut the loss of fluids around the
drill bits, when drilling into the earth. his product alone is capable of
producing millions of dollars in revenue for Hemp, Inc.
There are over 25,000 products that can be made from hemp. The great thing about
hemp is the whole plant can be used to make beneficial products. The leaves and
flowers are used for making high quality CBDs, the seeds are a highly nutritious
protein, the oil is used for health and beauty products, the fiber is used for
making paper and fabric, and the core of the plant can be used to make bio-fuel,
building materials, oil spill clean up products, and so much more.
Hemp, Inc. actively supports the Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2015. North
Carolina, where the plant is located, is among the 28 states that have approved
legislation for growing hemp for research projects and studies. This is the
first step towards industrialized hemp farming across all states in America.
Knowledge is power… Hemp, Inc. aims to bring awareness and education about hemp
and it’s many benefits.
The future of Hemp, Inc. is based on our plan is to purchase, acquire and/or
joint venture with companies across various sectors of the hemp industry. We
foresee a portfolio of synergistic businesses that will bring cash flow,
revenues, value, and position us as a leader in the industrial hemp industry.

Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC (IHM) is a global company that produces
quality natural fiber and other cellulose based products for major growth
markets. IHM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemp, Inc. and is based in Spring
Hope, North Carolina USA.
IHM owns the largest and only hemp fiber decortication plant of its size in
North America. The company is focused on manufacturing hemp and kenaf fiber to
produce natural sustainable products for worldwide markets. This year, the
company acquired Bob Hughes as V.P. of Sales. Having been the President of
BioTech Mills (www.biotechmills.com) Bob not only brings his years of
experience, but also his many connections to this industry.
One of first the products IHM will produce is DrillWall™, a tested drilling
material called loss circulation material (LCM) that is used by many major oil,
water and gas companies. Loss circulation of drilling fluids can have severe
impact on time, money and the safety of any project, and DrillWall™ provides a
valuable solution to these risks. IHM management was key in developing this
product years ago for the oil and gas drilling industry, and it has had a
positive impact on many large projects.Bob Huges, VP of Sales
IHM also will produce SpillSuck™, a super absorbent biodegradable material made
from the core of kenaf and hemp plants. According to a Navy study, the core
material has been found to be a super absorbent natural material. SpillSuck™
products are used for oil and chemical spill cleanups by many first responders
and mechanic shops.
SpillSuck™ was one of the products used to help cleanup the BP Deepwater Horizon
oil spill. Fox News reported the efforts to help save numerous animals and
wildlife, including many baby pelicans in the Gulf’s pelican rookeries using
SpillSuck™. It can also be sold in retail markets for cleaning up oil or liquid
spills on garage floors, driveways, accidents and more.
The IHM management team has over 50 years of experience in growing fiber plants,

Manufacturing, LLC. is positioned to be the leader in the industrial hemp
manufacturing industry because of its forward planning in this growing industry.
Investor Relations:
The Board of Directors and management team of Hemp Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) have
taken bold, decisive actions over the past year to shift the Company’s main
direction towards the industrial hemp manufacturing industry. We know that
building a strong foundation in this area will deliver higher growth and higher
value for our shareholders. The upcoming completion of the decortication plant
in North Carolina represents our latest and most significant step on this path.
Hemp, Inc. will have the vertical integration of hemp from field to end user
solutions. The decortication line that Hemp, Inc. owns is just the start as it
separates the bast from the core for use in plastic, paper, fiberboard and more.
The core is further processed at the plant’s advanced milling component,
generating “Lost Circulation Material” (LCM) an environmentally sound product
that makes drilling safer. In addition, the core is used as a super absorption
material in oil spill cleanups, and for soil and water remediation.
The company will continue to market its high quality hemp-based CBD line of
cosmeceutical and nutraceutical products. The products include a spa line for
body care, a sports line focused on helping injuries and joint issues, as well
as health care products for the wellness industry.
As we move forward, the next generation of Hemp, Inc. is emerging as a force for
progress – connecting advanced processing and manufacturing capabilities with
the global marketplace to solve some of the country’s greatest challenges,
partnering with companies that offer the highest quality products, and at the
same time delivering outstanding results for our shareholders and customers
alike.
HEMP, INC.’s TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE
Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMPD) seeks to benefit many constituencies from a
“Cultural Creative” perspective, thereby not exploiting or endangering any
group. CEO Bruce Perlowin, is positioning the company as a leader in the
industrial hemp industry, with a social and environmental mission at its core.
The company believes in “up streaming” of a portion of profit from the sales of
hemp products back to its originator, in which most cases will one day be the
American farmer, cultivating natural, sustainable products as an interwoven
piece of nature. By focusing on comprehensive investment results – that is, with
respect to performance along the interrelated dimensions of people, planet, and
profits – our triple bottom line approach can be an important tool to support
our sustainability goal.

Industrial Hemp Manufacturing LLC Products
Industrial Hemp Manufacturing LLC (IHM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemp,
Inc. that produces lost circulation material (LCM) and spill absorbents for the
oil and gas industries.
About Lost Circulation Material (LCM)
In oil or gas well drilling, lost circulation occurs when drilling fluid, known
commonly as “mud”, flows into one or more geological formations instead of
returning up the annulus. Lost circulation can be a serious problem during the
drilling of an oil well or gas well.
All types of materials are used to stop fluid loss in the drill-hole as it leaks
out into cracks, fissures, sand, salt and other porous formations. Lost
Circulation Material (LCM) is a term for substances added to drilling fluids
when drilling fluids are being lost to the formations downhole.
Some of the commonly used lost-circulation materials include fibrous (tree bark,
shredded cane stalks, mineral fibers and animal hair), flaky (mica flakes and
pieces of plastic or cellophane sheeting) or granular (ground and sized
limestone, carbonates or marble, wood, nut hulls, formica, corncobs and cotton
hulls).
The cost of lost circulation materials varies from $.20 cents a pound for
sawdust to over $10 dollars a pound for synthetic loss circulation materials
with special polymer compounds. Most drilling fluid engineers have a LCM formula
that uses a mixture of several materials even for drilling through rock
formations that are low loss (very few holes, cracks or porous areas).
DrillWall™ Lost Circulation Materialdrillwall, lost circulation material, lcm
DrillWall™ is insoluble in water, non-toxic, biodegradable drilling fluid
additive used in oilfield drilling applications. It acts as a borehole
stabilizer, a lubricating agent, as well as preventing differential sticking.
The DrillWall™ product is a mixture of micronized organic cellulose fibers and
provides excellent seepage and loss circulation control.
DrillWall™ has been field-proven for all types of drilling fluid formulas
including water-based fluids (WBM), oil based fluids (OBM), synthetic based
fluids (SBM) and constant rheology fluids (CR-SBM). It has been used in all
types of high loss geology formations including sand, fractured shale, pre-salt,
pea gravel and other highly porous formations. It can be mixed through the mud
hopper or directly into the mud tank at the agitation point.
The DrillWall™ Lost Circulation Material (LCM) product works faster to plug the
leaks and is cost competitive with most LCM materials. It is non-toxic to the
workers and it works with any type of drilling fluid. On a cost-performance
basis it is superior to most LCM’s in the market place.
The DrillWall™ LCM product has been tested and used by many of the world’s
largest oil and gas companies including: Chevron, Aramco, Petrobras, Ultra
Petroleum and others.
DrillWall™ is priced from $1.75 to $3.00 per pound (depending on whether polymer
additives are used in our formulation). This places DrillWall™ in the middle
price range. However it works faster and better than many of the LCM products
that cost $9 to $12 per pound.
DrillWall™ LCM ships in standard 40 foot shipping containers. It is not
restricted and is not considered a hazardous material that requires specialized
handling. The product is packaged in 25 pound multi-ply, paper bags on flame
treated wood pallets and is wrapped for moisture protection.
SpillSuck™ – Oil Spill Cleanup Product
SpillSuck™ is made from the inner core particles of kenaf and hemp plants. This
core plant material is one of the world’s most absorbent natural materials. This
makes it a perfect material for oil spill cleanup. A U.S. Navy Study confirms
this. It states:
“Kenaf core particles and powder are one of the most absorbent natural materials
on earth. Many oil and gas drilling companies use this product on their sites
for emergency oil spill cleanup.”
The kenaf plant is related to cotton, hibiscus and okra. Its origin is Africa
and it was grown for fiber and fuel in ancient Egypt. We are just unlocking the
secrets of this amazing plant.
The natural fibers of kenaf are used in many products such as: light weight
plastic composites, erosion control blankets, high quality paper, cloth and many
other products. The kenaf plant is legally grown in the USA and can reach 12 to
16 feet tall in a single year. Oilspill cleanup, kenaf, industrial hemp, hemp
absorbent, kenaf absorbent
SpillSuck™ works quickly and is cost effective in cleaning up oil spills on land
or water. It is even used by first responders to clean up oil spills on our
highways and is many times more absorbent than clay.
In the near future, as industrial hemp begins to be a commercial crop, Hemp,
Inc. will incorporate industrial hemp into the SpillSuck™ Product. As with kenaf,
hemp hurds (the core of the stalk) are highly absorbent, anti-bacterial and
biodegradable.
When it comes to helping the environment, SpillSuck™ is effectively used for
oil, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluid, solvents, water and most liquid spills.
30x more absorbent than clay. Soaks up the most volume by weight.
Used directly on oil spills. Starts drawing up liquid very quickly
Easy disposal – according to applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations for
the type of liquid that is absorbed.
Pollution resulting from oil spills poses severe environmental problems and
hazards around the world. This is not only due to the oil spills, but the clean
up processes as well, which can be costly. In 1997, it was estimated that in the
US alone, more than $136,000 per ton spilled was spent on cleaning up oil
spills. The processes used were very complicated and not environmentally
friendly, which included chemical, mechanical and biological treatments.
Oil spills have a tremendous environmental, ecological, economical impact on
society as a whole. There are several techniques being used for oil spill
cleanup i.e.in-situ burning of oil, mechanical tools (booms and skimmers),
chemical dispersants, steam flushing and also by using natural fibers as
sorbents.
Mechanical treatment using synthetic or natural materials as an absorbent can be
cost effective. However, the downside of their superior absorption qualities is
synthetic materials are not very biodegradable.
Natural based absorbents are preferred as a “green” solution because they are
more efficient, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and biodegradable.kenaf
fiber uses
Several studies have been done, including the one by the U.S. Navy that found
kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) to be one of the most sorbent materials for
treating oil spills.
Another study was conducted at the Sultan Idris Education University in Malasia,
on the oil sorbent material produced from kenaf fibers. Three sorbent materials
were made of various fiber particle sizes and tested for their oil absorbent
properties.
The oil sorbent materials produced in this study were found to have superior
absorption value compared to other fiber-based oil sorbents such as Sisal (Agave
sisalana), Coir (Cocos nucifera) and loofa sponge (Luffa cylindrica).
As you can see, using these natural fibers for oil spill absorbents, is a cost
effective, environmentally way to help accidents without the toxic side effects
of current products used. Once industrial hemp is legal to grow in all 50
states, America can play a big part in “greening up” the oil industry.
