CABLECLIX ENGAGES FOUR-TIME EMMY-WINNER TO LEAD TD REINVENTION FOR CORD-CUTTERS

Winchester, VA. - Mar 16, 2017 - CableClix (USA), Inc. (OTCPK: CCLX) (“CableClix” or the “Company”) has augmented its team of industry leaders by engaging award-winning Dale Herigstad to conceptualize the interface needed to personalize and dramatically improve the TV-streaming experience for cord-cutting viewers around the globe.

Dale - four-time Emmy-winner and internationally recognized thought leader in interaction design - will re-imagine the TV viewing interface to ensure CableClix’s platform dramatically improves viewer experience and opens up a new generation of cord-cutting content consumption.

Dale was part of the concept pre-visualization team for Spielberg’s ‘Minority Report’, investigating what digital experiences would be like 50 years into the future, exploring the role of gesture and display. Dale’s impact is seen across the industry: he was hired by Samsung to rethink the future of TV; and he has created the interaction component for dozens of media middleware interfaces on three continents, including Cablevision (iO), Time Warner (Symphoni), Starz (Vongo), Sony Design (Capri, Surf Space), Freesat, Mediaset, Comcast, DirecTV, BBC, and Orange. Dale has taught Motion Graphics at California Institute of the Arts, Art Center College of Design, and UCLA. Dale’s boundless creativity and imagination ensures products can introduce significantly increased functionality that viewers are able to interact with effortlessly.

Dale joins Cauri Jaye, CableClix Chief Product Officer hired in February. Cauri said: “Having worked with Dale on over half-a-dozen interactive products, I’m confident he is best-placed to solve one of the industry’s greatest challenges: how to create a seamless user experience for browsing and watching TV on digital screens.”

Dale and Cauri are supported by Jason Schoch, also joining the team this month. Schoch is a research-focused user experience (UX) designer, and expert at user-testing - an integral role for a product in a market where no-one has yet created an interface that fully meets user needs.

CableClix’s growing team is using big data twinned with AI (artificial intelligence) to perfect the personalization of TV content, and capture valuable data that tracks rapidly-changing viewer behavior in the global online TV streaming market.

Kris Domich, CableClix President and CEO remarked, "CableClix stands at the precipice of its official entry into the live streaming television market. We have developed specifications for an impressive set top box, developed an efficient method for distributing live television over our VPCN, and have built a head end capable of scaling to well over a hundred channels. As a development stage company, we have the benefit of agility which allows us to quickly adapt to a changing industry and market. Bringing Cauri on at this critical stage and in the capacity of Chief Product Officer ensures that we enter the market as a leader, addressing problems that no one else is, and taking advantage of opportunities that our customers tell us remain unfulfilled."

Domich added, "From the intelligence Cauri brought back from CES 2017, it is clear to CableClix that key industry problems associated with streaming content and interpreting its usage are largely unaddressed. Therefore it will be Cauri's first order of business to definitively quantify those opportunities and create the roadmap that leverages our existing intellectual capital along with the numerous tools, processes, and methods Cauri brings to ensure that our entry into the market is as relevant to current customer pain-points as possible."

CableClix Initiates Franchise Deals In Top 25 US TV Markets; Up To 42 Million Households

Franchise Operating Agreements In Tier 1 Cities Could Open Door to 34% Of All US Households!

Winchester, VA. - December 21, 2016 - CableClix (USA), Inc. (OTCPK: CCLX) (“CableClix” or the “Company”) An innovative “Cord Cutting” company that builds virtual cable networks over the Internet that mimic existing cable television franchises by providing live streaming television services, today announced that it has begun negotiating franchise operating agreements with domestic municipalities covering the top 25 TV markets in the US.

The potential reach of the agreements is up to 42 million households, which is 34% of all households in the US. This is great news for Cord Cutters, Cord Shavers and even some of the Cord Nevers who swore off their old cable provider for life.

CableClix delivers quality television programming via the Internet in high and ultrahigh definition, including local network content, directly to the local consumer, anytime, anywhere, on nearly any device…

Delivery of the content will be over CableClix’s proprietary technology… the Virtual Private Cable Network™ or VPCN™.

Subscribers will be kept up to date with local, national, and international news, live sports, for a competitive monthly fee.

Kris Domich, CEO and President of CableClix, said, “The average pay-TV subscriber watches just 10% of their package on average and many feel they are being taken in by their cable or satellite providers. They may find that the CableClix Live Local TV Broadcast package, which can be customized for the individual’s preference is the opportunity they have been waiting for… A REAL alternative to the cable TV & satellite monopoly! For more information, visit our website at http://www.cableclix.com.”

Mark Bayliss, Chief Technology Officer and Founder of CableClix, added: “The CableClix lineup will include local channels and the big network affiliates ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. Each new market may have differences from the other, but subscribers can expect dozens of channels to choose from and some markets will have 60 channels or more. Well known TV Specialty Channels like Reuters, PBS, and QVC and other (OTT) streaming content providers like NETFLIX, Hulu, and Amazon Prime or HBOSelect can also be added.”

About CableClix (USA), Inc.
CableClix, Inc. was formed in 2013 to be a leading provider of high definition streaming television over broadband connections. Our goals remain as they were at our inception; deliver quality television programming in high and ultrahigh definition, including local network content, directly to the local consumer, on nearly any device, at any time. CableClix is different from others that have attempted to deliver similar services in the past – because we create partnerships with the national networks, local affiliates, and local ISP’s. Commonly referred to as television rebroadcasting, the concept is often one-sided in nature and ultimately the end consumer is left to pay significant monthly subscription fees for a plethora of channels that go mostly unwatched. Concurrently, local broadcast affiliates feel the ever increasing pressure of internet-based streaming services often broadcasting the same content and diminishing the relevance of traditional TV viewing. CableClix founders believed there was an opportunity to bridge the gap between the network and affiliate interests, and at the same time, give the consumers what they are clearly asking for: the convenience of watching their favorite shows any time, unaltered, and without a barrage of irrelevant marketing and advertisement.

Another important aspect of CableClix approach to streaming television is our appreciation for the local ISP’s, especially the Wireless ISP’s (WISPs). All ISP’s have experienced the pressure of needing to increase upstream bandwidth to support the growing popularity of streaming video. The cost of these increases in bandwidth are either passed on to the end customer, or in competitive markets, taken directly from the bottom line. WISPs in particular tend to serve customers in rural areas, and while are still part of a given metropolitan broad cast area, are unable to receive local broadcasts without a satellite connection due to line of sight or distance from transmitters. In nearly all of those cases, cable is not an option for those customers due to the unavailability of the required infrastructure. CableClix founder and owner/operator of a WISP understood this problem firsthand, which triggered the desire to solve this growing TV viewing conundrum:

“How can we deliver high definition, local and premium television to the public, especially rural customers while simultaneously relieving bandwidth strain on ISPs, in a manner that protects and enforces the local broadcast area boundaries and respects the intellectual property of the networks and production houses?”

CableClix is committed to the development and continual enhancement of products and services that deliver the programming that consumers want affordably and reliably. We achieve this using best-of-breed technologies, innovative people, and a customer-centric underpinning woven into everything we do. We respect the ownership, talent, and effort that goes into developing the news, entertainment, and other intellectual property that we stream, and always respect and enforce the boundaries of metropolitan broadcast areas. We value our partnerships with ISP’s and constantly seek out new ways to optimize their network resources to ensure the best customer experience. We are excited to be a part of the transformation of traditional viewing to the next generation of customized streaming TV.

CableClix Virtural Internet Cable TV Service

Winchester, VA. - August 26, 2016 - CableClix (USA), Inc. (OTCPK: CCLX) (“CableClix” or the “Company”) following on from its previous announcements, is prepared to begin a nationwide roll out of its live streaming television services in select US markets during the fourth quarter of 2016. TheCableClix Virtual Private Cable Network™ or VPCN™, will build virtual cable networks over the Internet that mimic existing cable television franchises. The VPCN™ will begin in select metropolitan broadcast areas in Tier 1 cities across the US with a deployment schedule to be announced later this calendar year.

Mark Bayliss, Chief Technology Officer and Founder of CableClix indicated, "Five years ago, some of the most innovative minds conceived of the next killer app that would deliver live television, premium channels, and a vast library of video-on-demand content directly to a viewer on any device of their choosing. That time has arrived, and the VPCN™ is the vehicle that will deliver this service. Today, devices ranging from video game platforms to cable box peripherals are offering a limited number of channels for monthly fees that are comparable to a typical cable or satellite service. CableClix will offer an over-the-top cable network that gives a broadband ISPs the ability to offer a virtual cable network, rich with live streaming content, without the investment in large, complex distribution infrastructure.

Bayliss adds, "This provides consumers with a true alternative to the status quo cable and satellite television providers. WithCableClix, you can choose the channels you want and have access to a wide array of local, geographical, and international content unavailable through traditional providers. This results in streamlined, customizable viewing experiences uniquely available through the CableClix VPCN™."

With the completion of the set top box design and major production set to begin in the coming quarter, CableClix expects to have its set top boxes available as a cord-cutter kit that rivals Apple, Roku, and others. "We are working through the necessary negotiations to have the CableClixcord-cutter kit available in the leading US retailers of home electronics and entertainment," says KrisDomich, CEO and President of CableClix. Domich adds, "The kits will be available online and in traditional brick-and-mortar stores within our initial target market areas. ISPs that wish to offer live streaming television to their customers should contact CableClix find out when the service will be available in their area."

In preparation for this nationwide rollout, CableClix is finalizing significant cable television franchise agreements in key broadcast areas. These agreements will allow the rapid deployment of the CableClixbroadcasting infrastructure. "Municipalities are excited about entering into these agreements withCableClix versus a traditional cable television company because our solution requires no easements or right of ways," Domich added.

Company Philosophy

Our goals remain as they were at our inception in 2013, to deliver quality television programming in high and ultrahigh definition, including local network content, directly to the local consumer, on nearly any device, at any time. Technology
Intelligent Video Delivery over our Virtual Private Cable Network™ (VCPN™)

The CableClix Intelligent Video Delivery and Cloud DVR solution brings all local channels (including High Definition and Ultra High 4K) as live streaming television within a given metropolitan broadcast area and up to one hundred additional satellite and premium channels to subscribers. CableClix proprietary technology first determines which channels should be present at a given location and then decides whether to feed those channels to the subscriber from the OTA broadcast (if available) or to stream the channels live from our equipment from the nearest CableClix Content and Caching Server. CableClix Intelligent Video Delivery eliminates “dark spots” and other obstacles that keep viewers from enjoying high definition over-the-air broadcasts.

How it works:

CableClix set top box determines what network channels should be available at the subscriber’s location
Any channel that cannot be received at the subscriber location via OTA transmission is transparently fed to the subscriber over broadband
CableClix lists all available channels, as well as any premium content subscriptions through a unified channel / program browser
Subscribers watch live programming on a CableClix set-top box, computer, tablet, or smartphone
Solutions

CableClix™ Rural Broadband and Video Enablement

The placement of CableClix content caching, distribution, and delivery platforms throughout the rural USA brings high definition video, including the newest 4K video technology, to businesses and households on the fringes of all metropolitan broadcast areas. Today there are millions of end customers that cannot receive local broadcast content due to geographic constraints and a lack of line of site to transmission infrastructure. By collocating our platforms on the wireless internet infrastructure (towers) in those regions, CableClix ensures that all customers can receive television from their metropolitan area affiliates. This drives the expansion of broadband into rural areas and empowers rural ISPs to offer an additional value-add service to their existing customer bases.

Features:

Patent-pending technology to ensure delivery of broadcast area-specific network programming
Weatherized video delivery and caching equipment for tower based installation
Dedicated frequencies for video transmission available in select markets (3.65Ghz & 5Ghz)
Revenue sharing model for rural ISP’s and tower operators
Advantages:

Programming is restricted to the intended metropolitan broadcast area
Flexible, compact equipment footprint allows for physical placement in close proximity to users
Gives WISPs the option to deliver video over dedicated frequencies instead of local networks
Shared revenue model provides an additional steady income stream from each tower / WISP data center

Greg Steinke, Investor Relations

Mr. Steinke has been involved in North American capital markets since 1997. He brings his experience to CableClix and serves as Investor Communications Director and as an advisor to the Executive and to the Board of Directors, specifically with respect to finance and corporate development opportunities.

Mr. Steinke began his career in print media advertising representing dozens of publicly traded companies whose stock traded on North American exchanges such as OTCBB, TSX Venture, AMEX and NASDAQ. Media campaigns brought awareness, new investors, enhanced shareholder value and liquidity in conjunction with company’s investor initiatives.

Steinke was then recruited by upstart hi-tech companies and began pairing private companies and angel investors and equity private placements with early stage public companies. Hundreds of millions of dollars in combined capitalized value were reached, several millions of additional investment capital dollars were raised in those companies, all while he maintained multi-year relationships in an employed or consultant’s role and as an early equity investor himself. Investors enjoyed high gains and realized exits with sufficient liquidity in often turbulent markets.

Greg has been instrumental in guiding companies through the “going public” process both in the United States and in Canada with reverse mergers and a full IPO as mechanisms, where he introduced seed capital, brokerage sponsors and institutional investors and has been a liaise and paid consultant in this genera. He was contacted by Mark Bayliss, Co-founder of CableClix, Inc. to contemplate and participate in the company’s early stage and build out, as an early entrant in the “affordable cable streaming” space. Steinke has been credited with the chosen name of the company and the discovery of the URL on the web, of CableClix.com.
